We have a nice group of residents both males and females. Some residents are alert and some have short term memory with some confusion. We enjoy going at the zoo every year, and occasionally we go to the park or lake (depending on the group of residents that we have at the time)

-PERSONAL RIGHTS (LIC613C) 
-TELECOMMUNICATIONS DEVICE (LIC9158) 
-CLIENT/RESIDENT PERSONAL PROPERTY (LIC621) 
-CONSENT FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT (LIC627C)
